
This is an "oldie but goodie" recipe of mine. It has finally cooled down in the evenings, so I thought it would be good to have these in the oven while we waited for Federico to finish soccer practice for a late dinner. I am also having LOTS of intensive dental work done beginning Thursday, so I thought it might be my last chance to chew some meat!

Palma a quick question about this recipe. How many people does this serve. I'm hosting a dinner party for 8. Wondering how much I should increase this by. Sounds so easy and very little that I would have to do once guests arrive. Thank you.

Probably one short rib per person (Federico ate 2)
I would probably 1 and 1/2 times the recipe for 8 people in a big dutch oven.
