A Cookie Baker has been working hard in my kitchen. This often happened around 5:30 a.m. when the house was quiet, and both ovens were going strong before work. Even with this year's crazy schedule, Palmabella managed to crank out 113 dozen. Brad has accused me of giving Federico more cookies than he has gotten. Federico knows exactly how to melt me. He definitely appreciates my cookie baking skills.

113 Dozen????? I cant even count that high, let alone even think about baking more than a few dozen at a time!!! They look fabulous!!
