Jerry and Paul cooked a fabulous Christmas dinner for our friend Sandra, and Brad and I. The table was set with goodies at each place.

We began with tortellini in brodo:

Our pasta course was a beautiful star-shaped pasta, stuffed with ricotta and spinach with tiny yummy meatballs. They made me a special one baked in bechamel sauce instead of tomato sauce.

The main course went on and on. There was a beautiful pork roast wrapped in bacon and rosemary, then topped with a mushroom-red wine sauce:

This was a gorgeous radicchio star, stuffed with sausage:

and stuffed zucchini!

Green beans with olive oil, roasted potatoes, and salad completed the meal.

Eventually, we were able to find a spot for Sandra's delicious pandoro, coffee, and many dolci we brought from Abruzzo!

Grazie Jerry and Paul! It was a wonderful Christmas dinner! No one wanted food on the 26th!
