Toasting the Tree

Last night was our neighborhood's annual "Toasting the Tree" Party. We gathered at Maryann and Jay's home for appetizers, wine, and dessert. The house was beautifully decorated, and it was fun to gather with old friends and new neighbors in our community of "Venezia" for some holiday cheer!
