Federico loved this dish at our Mother's Day Brunch, so I made it for dinner:
Short Ribs Benedict:
Left over Beer-Bacon Braised Short Ribs over crispy has browns with poached eggs and hollandaise! YUM!

I bet he is already thinking of ways to take some of your wonderful home cooked meals back to Italy with him!!!! It sure looked yummy!
