A Few More Carmel Photos

On our way to Carmel, we took the 17-Mile Drive, enjoying the beautiful beach views.

As we came around a curve, we noticed lots of cars and pulled into a small parking lot to see what was going on. It was a beach wedding. I zoomed in from the car window and saw this lovely scene:

What a wonderful spot, and not too cold at 6 p.m.! We continued along the 17-Mile Drive, wishing we had been able to bring Federico to the area. Maybe on another visit! I never get tired of seeing the "Lone Cypress" and the "Ghost Tree".

Finally, while visiting with the Slow Travel gang at the Cypress Inn, I had to photograph a few of the adorable dogs that were in town for a dog show in Carmel Valley.

The first was Rosie, a Portuguese Water Dog, who won a prize at the show. She was a sweetheart!

These three Westies keep their owners busy. They told me how hard it would be to get them to all look at the camera! My wine was waiting so I settled for two out of three on the second try!

These two friendly cockapoos would have fun with Luigi. He needs to go to a beach like they did today!
