La Befana

La Befana stopped by last night. Luckily, Brad and I were good this year. She left us a stocking full of treats, and a delicious coconut cake.

Oh boy, that cake looks delicious! Happy Befana!

I couldnt help laughing at La Befana and wondering WHERE she was when that "other kitchen W_____ch" showed up and told you how to cook pasta! Sure could have used her then, but so happy she found the "Good Girls and Boys" to bring some kitchen joy to all this year. Yeay, La Befana!!!!!

The cake turned out great, really like La Befana on top. I must attempt this cake recipe of yours.
