Checking In

My friends and blog readers are so sweet. When I don't post for a few days, people start to worry about me. We are all good. I had a very busy week at work! I hosted a mini-conference, saw several new clients, and have been buried in paperwork.

I am planning a baby shower in March, so my creative planning wheels are spinning, but it is too early to share more about that!

Cooking? Not so much. It has been soups, salads, and easy dinners around here. One day I decided we just needed some old fashioned "Carmela Soprano Baked Ziti"! I took some meat sauce out of the freezer, tossed the pasta with ricotta and sauce, added mozzarella and parmigiano, and baked it. We had two meals and the rest of the leftovers are frozen in individual containers for nights when I am at a meeting, so Brad won't starve!

Happy Super Bowl Weekend!

Palma glad to hear all is well. I thought for sure you were in Italy. LOL We are leaving for St, Martin Tuesday for 2 weeks. Enough of this New York weather.

Maureen Shaw:

So glad you are fine.
Was getting worried!
Pasta looks delish.
