Well I can't say I'm worried. According to my plan I have another 60 years. Does that depend on how you spend those years? Well yes that goes without saying, So far so good, and I figure my health is not a passive process. In other words I don't think my health is something that happens to me, its more like an investment. Invest more and the returns are greater.
My goal -live 110 good years, never spend a day in the hospital, never have surgery, never take
chronic medications ( Don't you think its strange that its assumed that by the time you reach 50-60 that you are already taking several pills?) So next month I will have made it 45% of the way. Party on. April 19 is the big day. I would add never break a bone, but I am not sure that goal is realistic, So far 49 years and 11 months no broken bones as well, despite several good attempts. RR

110? That is a long time! But it seems you are taking the right approach. Good luck with the celebration!!

You are well on your way to the goal. I think a fair bit about aging with your health intact is based upon your state of mind. I try to resist medications as well - I fear that once you start you are on a downward slope.
Congratulations on this milestone!

medicin and hospitals and broke bones are not on my list either but sometimes life throws you punches you weren't planning. That positive state of mind you have will keep you safe.
