Ok, I'll admit it sometimes even lunatics get tired. I went for a run with Peg my wife and a friend on one of my favorite trails this morning, Will Rodgers in the Santa Monica Mountains, 10 miles, I felt Ok but sitting here waiting for a new patient to come in I'm ready for a nap!

That sky is amazing! The thought of hot weather is wonderful. I still have three feet of snow in the backyard. ARGH It is challenging to think of any outdoor activity when it is so cold.
