a walk by the Seine at dusk

It was so beautiful Friday that I had to go out and take a walk on the Seine so I took the metro from Ivry to the stop just before Pont Marie and then walked on to the Isle Saint Louis.

This guy was playing the sax

Then I went and had a crêpe au sucre

I saw these silly handbags and thought of who I could buy one for but no one came to mind

if the weather continues like this we are all going to get spoiled

Lucky you! It is - 32 degrees (with the wind chill) right now - hardly nice weather for a walk - sigh.

Anne:

What fun those handbags would be - not that I'd be able to pull off that look myself, mind you! (Possibly my 18 year old daughter could though.)

It is always good to see the new styles, so I can buy up the old styles before the new styles arrive. Who WOULD by that purse??

Enjoyed the sax also.

I loved the video of the sax. It was nice to watch while eating my lunch and dream of being in Paris instead of at work!

I had to come back and look at those bags again. What a hoot! :)

Thank you for that entry - I felt like I was transported for a moment to Paris.... sigh.
