Those look so good. It looks like the green one has a pistachio filling. I've only had vanilla and chocolate. I bet the pistachio would be interesting.

Very interesting photo.....I wonder if the green icing on some of the eclairs is an ode to spring?
Or are these pasteries trying to disguise themselves as some sort of vegetables?!
