bureaucracy at its worst

The French complain about their bureaucracy but at least things work here. What is really bad is having to do with Italian bureaucracy and French bureaucracy together and at the same time. Add the US bureaucracy on top of that. Documents out the eyes. The documents expire and one has to get them renewed before the time goes up.
When does one find time to work?
It is just so tiring, boring and really not even worth talking about let alone bloggin about but hey I'm sure that I could do some consulting on it. Anyone want to hire me?
