I don't know any lawyers, but I am sure hoping you get to the bottom of this, this is just wrong.

I don't know if this will help. It is a lot to read but it is the on-line digital rights law.

It is starting to be pretty common for bloggers to steal other food bloggers photos so there has been a lot of discussion on what to do. Your situation is a little different but still may be applicable since it is similar to ripping a CD and then putting it on a site for people to copy. In this situation - they are even making money out it.
