The B&B Association of Rome was established in 1997 as one of the first such organizations in Rome. Since that time we have arranged accommodations for thousands of tourists vacationing in Rome, the Eternal City. Today, we offer a selection of over 100 B & Bs and Apartments as viable alternatives to hotels. Our accommodations are affordable, comfortable and enjoyable "homes-away-from-home."

Our professional approach and commitment to client placement has resulted in satisfying the accommodation requirements of over 100,000 people since 1997. We take great care and pride in the selection of the units we offer. We also continually seek to improve customer satisfaction by carefully monitoring the services provided by our host families. One way we do this by soliciting comments on our Customer Satisfaction Forms, which we provide to the clients.

Our Selection

We offer a wide selection of accommodations and prices ranging from budget to elegant rooms and luxury apartments; from simple rooms which share a bath to deluxe B & Bs with Jacuzzis; from small "pieds-a-terre" to villas with elegant interiors and antique furnishings set in beautiful gardens. All our accommodations are conveniently located in relation to the center of Rome and are either within walking distance or a short trip away on public transportation.

Our Apartment Rentals

Our apartments are offered in many sizes, accommodating from 2 – 8 guests. Some include terraces or gardens. In the apartments, you will enjoy complete privacy, the apartment will be exclusively for your use only.. All bed and bath linens are provided. Guests have the use of fully equipped kitchens in which they may prepare meals if they so desire. Very often the host will provide breakfast supplies in the refrigerator. The apartments may also offer microwaves, laundry machines, air conditioning or fans, and TV and stereo for guest use.

Apartments generally require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Our Bed & Breakfast Accommodations

All our B & Bs guarantee clean rooms, provide bed and bath linens, and breakfast. The host family lives on the premises and is available and willing to provide guests with helpful information about the city’s tourist attractions, including those special points of interest known only to native Romans and which should not be missed by the "in-the-know" tourist. Guests have 24 hour access to their rooms just as they would in a hotel. Many units have private baths and offer fans or air conditioning during the summer months.

B & Bs generally require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

How To Book an Accommodation

Our web site is kept up-to-date with all current listings and information needed to make a reservation. Each listing includes a description, photos of the unit and prices. We take great care to provide clear and accurate information on all listings to make it as easy as possible for clients to check on availability and make a reservation. A simple form is provided to send us your request for information. We make it a point to reply to all inquiries in 48 hours or less. Should the unit you desire not be available, we do our best to suggest alternatives that might meet your requirements. Our booking policy, including instructions for making and confirming a reservation and guidelines for canceling a reservation, should it become necessary, are clearly stated.
