This apartment is the only property we rent out: we are not an agency. We are a couple of artists, this flat has been our home until our daughter was born, and then we decided to move to a new place for our little family. We still come back to this apartment now and then, and we still consider it our home, even though we have guests staying there most of the time.
Our rates vary quite a lot according to the season, the length of your stay, eventual utilities and extra services available, special offers at the time of your inquiry, etc. Don't think "if the price is not there, it must be too expensive", send us an email and let's see what we can do for you.
We'll respond, generally within 24 hours, sometimes within moments. If we don't get back to you after three business days, it means that due to unexpected technical trouble, your email didn't get to us or our answer didn't get to you. In that case, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
