Meet the butcher, the baker and the leather jacket maker!

Get the inside scoop on Florence while touring and tasting in one of the best markets in the world.

Inside Florence's historic Central Market, San Lorenzo, we will tour and taste balsamic vinegars that are 12,15,20 and 30 years old. Try four year old parmesan cheese and 2 week old pecorino, Tuscany delicate sheep's milk cheese as well as salami's. It is a food lover's paradise. 

The market has been a second home to me since I started teaching cooking classes in Florence in 1988.
Let me share the wonders of the Tuscan cuisine and some of it's secrets while touring.

The market tour ends with lunch at one of my favorte trattoria's and includes a Divina Cucina cloth shopping bag.

Market tours are available on other days too, and other markets, San Ambrogio Market on Friday and Siena on Wednesday.

(Siena is a full day tour, 250 euro with lunch and tour of market and the city with a Sienese guide)
