4. Villa Rental Postponement Insurance — By opting for this coverage, you can postpone your Parker rental for any reason whatsoever for up to three years.

5. Multiple Week Discounts — Rent for two weeks and save 5% on both weeks. Rent three weeks or more and deduct 10% from the total cost. This offer applies whether you stay at the same property or move to a different property.
