Our travel consulting company is devoted to providing guests an authentic & intimate Italian experience, based on our first hand experiences derived from thirteen years and one hundred and ten tours of exclusively Italian travels.
We provide itineraries of cultural, artistic and gastronomic merit which reflect the uniqueness of each region.

We take great pride in the hotel selections that we make on behalf of our client base. We only utilize those hotels which are smaller in size, and have a historic and architectural uniqueness and charm that epitomizes the region.

The Italian Concierge
The Italian Concierge, Inc's, founder and owner is Joyce Falcone, a passionate traveler who personally oversees every arrangement for your tour or private trip. Begun in 1996, The Italian Concierge, Inc. is now celebrating our thirteenth year of exclusively Italian travel services.
To date Ms Falcone has personally been involved, as a tour guide/ tour designer leading groups in Italy personally. She has participated in over one hundred and ten tours to Italy, and has assisted hundreds of individuals with their plans to Italy. Past accounts and clients have included: Wilderness Travel, Country Walkers, Smithsonian Study Tours, Smithsonian Journeys, and The Cooking School of Aspen.
As founder and Co-President of Slow Food Roaring Fork, Aspen's Slow Food convivium, Joyce's passion is Italian food and wine.
