perlaToscana offers a wide range of vacation rentals all located on the owners' estates in Tuscany. All our accommodations, from cottages for 2 to an 18th century villa for 10, have been remodeled to include modern conveniences while maintaining the charm of typical country houses in Italy.
Unlike most vacation rentals in Tuscany, the majority of our properties have no minimum stay requirement and weekly rentals do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay.

Siena - Castello di Grotti

Near the beautiful town of Siena, we have several properties available as vacation rentals. The largest of which is our organic farm at Castello di Grotti, with two apartments in a farmhouse (Casa della Mucca I and Casa della Mucca II), a small farmhouse for 4 (Guardiola), an 18th century villa (Villa Ballati) with accommodations for 12 and a separate one bedroom apartment (Ballatina) in the villa for 2.
We also have two farmhouses near Grotti Castle, the Pozzarello is located just beyond the castle gates with accommodations for 6-8 and the Casa del Fabbro at Orgia, a 2 story country house, also sleeps 6-8.
All of our properties near Siena enjoy beautiful views of the hills of Tuscany and there are garden areas for you to spend time outdoors.
At Grotti Castle, we also produce our own extra virgin olive oil, which also recently won the prestigious Slow Food prize. The grounds and outbuildings of the Castle are also available for special events and receptions.

Saturnia in Maremma - 200m. from Saturnia's thermal baths

Near the hot springs and thermal baths of Saturnia we have two estates. The Vignagrande estate is comprised of 3 apartments in the main farmhouse (Vignagrande, Sovana and Mandorlo) which sleep from 4-6 and two small cottages (Forno and Carraia), each with accommodations for 2. Vignagrande is located just 1.5 Km from the spa at Saturnia and from the house you can see the village skyline the waters of the spa swimming pool. You will be surrounded by olive and almond trees.
The San Leonardo estate has 4 apartments (La Torre, Pergola, La Loggia, San Leonardo) in the main farmhouse which have all been completely restored. The apartments sleep from 2-4 guests and the house is surrounded by sunflowers and sheep grazing in meadows. San Leonardo is just 200 meters from Saturnia's thermal baths.
For those of you who prefer village life to the countryside, we also have two apartments (Oliveto and Frantoio) located in the historic center of Saturnia. Both apartment rentals have accommodations for 4 guests and are located on the main square near restaurants and shops.
We can provide you with discount tickets for the Terme di Saturnia as well as parking at the San Leonardo estate.
At the Beach in Maremma
We have two properties at the seaside near Monte Argentario and the Feniglia and Tombolo of Orbetello. Accommodations here include a 4 bedroom farmhouse (Casale del Breschi) that sleeps 8-10 and a separate 2 bedroom apartment (Breschiolino).
Both vacation rentals are just a short walk from the beach and port towns of Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole are just minutes away by car.
Florence - Oltrarno - Between Palazzo Pitti and Pontevecchio
In the Oltrarno area of Florence we have a 1 bedroom apartment rental with accommodations for 2-3 guests. The apartment is located halfway between Pitti palace and Ponte Vecchio.
