Italian cooking  and wine classes organized in a private Tuscan house with Italians for 1 day to 1 week, to study with truly Italian people in a truly Tuscan enviroment, hence steeping in a Tuscan experience to the maximum.

Cooking with Simonetta and Paola, really fluent in English, is fun, lively and friendly and gives the possibility of learning cooking secrets from long experience in cooking and teaching.

We follow traditional family recipes, using fresh and natural ingredients, preparing every day a complete meal with appetizer, pasta dish, vegetable and meat dish and dessert, accompanied by the wines which best complement.
