Within the walls of this beautiful village, you'll find Casa Monte, your house in Umbria. Casa Monte is a lovingly restored home of three levels, designed with the luxury traveller in mind. Appointed with state of the art appliances and locally crafted furniture, Casa Monte blends the old with the new, tradition with comfort and convenience.

Facilities include:

• Three large bedrooms to sleep six adults.
• A fully equipped laundry with a Bosch washing machine, a Bosch dryer, drying rack, wash trough, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
• Two bathrooms, two enormous showers, three toilets and a bath to die for. (Houses within villages are susceptible to low water pressure and many Italian homes have small hot water services. The owners of Casa Monte have eradicated such problems by equipping the house with TWO large hot water services and a large cistern of water that is pumped evenly to each floor. In other words, plenty of hot, strong water for everyone at the same time.)
• State of the art kitchen for the gourmet traveller including a Smeg gas rangetop, a Smeg large oven, a Miele dishwasher, a Bosch food fridge, a Siemens wine fridge and a variety of elegant yet practical kitchen appliances. Plus all the crockery and cookware a world class chef would want.
• A Bose SoundDock for iPods.
• A large widescreen LCD TV with satellite and a multi region DVD player with a small art house/ Italian themed DVD library.
• Hydronic heating for winter.
• A Wireless Broadband Network for those traveling with WiFi equipped computers. (This service is fast enough for full screen video conferencing.)
• Telephones on each floor (if wanted)
