Location

Leysin is close to Gstaad, Château d'Oex, Les Diablerets, Villars, Château d'Aigle (with wine museum), Lake Geneva, Montreux and the Château de Chillon, most of which are a short drive through local vineyards.

Getting there

1hr 30min by road; 1hr 50min by rail from Geneva Airport (inc. classic mountain cog railway), 10 hours door-to-door from central London; 10-15 minutes walk or 2 mins by car from the cente of Leysin village (during summer and winter seasons there is a free shuttle running throughout the village, stopping outside the chalet).
