Casa Vialba is almost a tiny village resting on the gentle flanks of a hill overlooking the river Carpina and the country lane that winds it way up the valley. The main house, its 3 annexes and stables are surrounded by 60 acres of forests and countryside. 

From the estate, the only other buildings you can see are those in the distant village of Montone and the Rocca d'Aires, a medieval castle dominating the valley from its far away hilltop. 

The Estate offers two charming and totally independent restored stone houses, Lavender House and Olive House which can be rented separately or together to accommodate anywhere from 2 to 12 people in great comfort. Each has its own private pool, garden, terrace and barbeque area.

The night of your arrival you will be invited to cocktails and a candlelight dinner at the main residence. Thereafter we will let you enjoy your privacy unless you need our assistance. We will do everything to ensure that you spend a truly unforgettable holiday with us at Casa Vialba

Lavender House sleeps 8, is built on two floors and measures 2230 square feet:

• Ground Floor: Lounge with stone fireplace and kitchen with table seating 8-10 people. 2 double bedrooms each with full en-suite bathroom. The lounge is equipped with stereo hi-fi.
  
• First Floor: 2 double rooms each with full en-suite bathroom. Spacious lounge with satellite TV, VCR,DVD and laptop computer connected to the estate WiFi system.
• All the bedrooms are the same size and the beds can be arranged either as double beds or as twins. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave/grill, toaster and coffee machine.
• Lavender House has its own portable phone, gas central heating, private garden, private pool (5mx10m), patio and barbeque area.

Olive Housesleeps 4 is built on two floors and measures 1800 square feet.

• Ground Floor: Luxury fitted kitchen, dining room and living room with see-through fireplace, double bedroom and full en-suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi bath. There is also a guest bathroom and small utility space with washing machine.               
• First Floor:double bedroom and en-suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi bath.
• Olive House has its own portable telephone, gas central heating, private garden, private pool (5mx10m), patio, barbeque area, hi-fi, satellite TV, VCR,DVD laptop computer connected to the estate WiFi system and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine.
