Long term rentals in Chianti Florence area in Tuscany

We have a villa with 3 long term rental apartments, plus we have a portfoglio, reguarly updated with apartments, villas, country houses and farm houses for rent in this area, stretching from Chianti, Valdarno to the Val di Sieve, all locations within a short distance of Florence but in the heart of the Tuscan country side. Whether you're looking for a long term rental, or plan to buy a property, you can rent one of our villa apartments or we'll send you an updated list of long term rental houses suited to your needs, as to size and location. If what we have to offer isn't exactly suited to you, we can accept a shorter term rental of one or two months, and then once you're here, we will be able to put you in contact with long term rentals and real estate available on the local market, and on request we can also accompany you to view properties for rent and sale not only in this area but further afield or in Florence city.

Our property 'Castello in Bisticci' 20 minutes/18km from Florence city surrounded by forest and olive groves has 3 long term rental apartments each with private garden. We are interested in short and long rentals, we welcome pets (cats and dogs) if well behaved. The rent includes bed linen, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc. Electricity and gas heating are not included in the rental price. We supply a cell phone with an Italian number and internet with each apartment.

PRICES FOR 4 MONTHS OR LONGER

As we prefer long rentals the prices reflect this:

• The "Lemon terrace" for 4 months plus is 1250 euro per month
• The "Alcove apartment" for 4 months plus is 1100 euro per month
• The "Palm garden studio" for 4 months plus is 1000 euro per month

THE LEMON TERRACE

The apartment sleeps 5. An apartment for rent on the south side of the villa with its own garden. The apartment is very sunny with beautiful views, there are 3 bedrooms - 1 Master bedroom with antique beds, 1 guest bedroom with 4 poster double bed, 1 single bedroom, all bedrooms have French windows opening onto a lemon terrace over looking the garden. The bathroom is at the end of the terrace, Ante bathroom with washing machine and laundry cupboard.

The study is up flight of wooden steps into a tower room, with a large arch window with a lovely view of hills and olive groves, On the other side of the study you go down into the sitting room, a large sunny room, with a stone fireplace, The kitchen area has been built in chestnut wood with stone work tops, ventilated oven, gas hobs, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dish washer. The large country dining table is in front of the French window that leads down to the garden. The garden is down a flight of steps outside the front door, it has a gazebo and plenty of trees.

THE ALCOVE

The apartment sleeps 4. An apartment for rent on the south west side of the villa with its own garden. The apartment has lovely views of the garden and valley. There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with antique beds and an alcove terrace with table and chairs; 1 guest bedroom with 4 poster bed. The bathroom is in grey slate and white porcelain. There is an ante bathroom with a tabernacle and built in cupboards with washing machine and laundry area.

The open plan sitting room, a large sunny room, with a stone fireplace, The kitchen area has been built in oak wood, ventilated oven, gas hobs, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Oak dining table, French windows on to open courtyard. The private garden is down a flight of steps onto a terraced garden with gazebo and fruit trees.

THE PALM GARDEN STUDIO

The apartment sleeps 3. An apartment on the ground floor with a seperate workshop studio. Terracotta floors and chestnut wood ceilings, with large french windows opening onto the private palm garden. The studio apartment has a fully fitted kitchen built in oak wood, with ventilated oven, gas hobs and extractor hood, dish washer and fridge freezer.

The dining area with large oak table is in front of a large window overlooking the valley. The sitting room has views through the french windows of the garden and hills. The double bedroom has french windows onto garden. the second bedroom has a single 4 poster bed with french windows on to garden. The bathroom is in light grey slate with a bath tub ending at it's own picture window infront of a huge oak tree, plus toilet, basin, bidet and built in washing machine and shelves.

The studio workshop has french windows affording a lovely view, in rough stone it has the original medieval stone doorways and arches, it comes supplied with a large work table and painting easels. The garden has a small stone pond and a fountain,lemon trees, palm trees, a stone table and garden furniture.
