An old 18th century Water Mill divided into 3 elegant apartments, surrounded by a spacious parfumed garden; an exclusive infinity swimming pool made from the old mill pond, fed by the fresh water of a natural spring.

The Mill is set in the tranquillity of the tipical rural Tuscan countryside, yet few miles from the most artistic centres of Tuscany: Siena, Firenze and Arezzo.

Only 3 km. far from the town of Cavriglia where visitors can find shops, cafes, and the post office. Larger groceries stores, markets and outlets are located in Montevarchi area, 7 Km. from the Mill.

After a meticolous restauration with tipical local materials the Mill has been awarded status of a protected building by the Department of Fine Arts.

The apartments take the name from the original use or setting: "Hay-Loft", "Millstones", "Stream"; Antique family fornitures and objects from the local tradition give a special touch to each apartment making them warm, confortable and easy.

Each unit has double entrance and private sheltered furnished garden with parasol, table and chairs, BBQ; one double bedded room, one twin bedded room, two bathrooms with shower cabin; the Millstones apartment has a third room with french bed; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, oven and small appliances, spring drinking water;fireplace in the living room, indipendent central heating, satellite TV, telephone, stereo.

Laundry room and ample parking facilities are communal.

RATES: from 850 Euro to 1650 Euros per week per apartment

The use of third room in the Millstones apt. is charged 100 Euros
