Casa di Anne is an apartment in a beautiful medieval borgo of Torregentile (photo 1), located in the green Umbrian countryside 7km south of the picturesque hilltown of Todi (photo 2). It rests only 30-45 minutes from Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Gubbio and the hill towns of southern Tuscany.  Drive only 2-2˝ hours from the airports of Rome or Florence, or fly to Perugia, just minutes away. It is a wonderful location to fulfill your dream in the very heart of Italy. (A car is essential).

 

The apartment home (photo 3) is fully equipped for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms (1 double, one 2 twins), 2 baths and a sleeper couch. It is furnished with care and love. The grounds include a lovely pool and the entire borgo is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and farmland.

 

The Experience: Explore the hilltowns, taste the local wines and olive oils, follow in the footsteps of St. Francis, discover the local art of Perugino, study Italian or painting, walk the country hills…. and then enjoy your afternoon siesta by the pool (in season).

  

The Offer: The rate varies by the number of people:

2009/2010: 1-2 people - 800 euros/week;   3-5 people - 1000 euros/wk

A 100 euros/wk nonrefundable deposit holds/confirms a reservation with the balance due one month prior to rental. Rentals run from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Monthly discounts and multiple apartments for larger groups are feasible, please contact for further information. (dollar equivalent accepted)
