This accommodation offers both: rural peace and quiet but also proximity to Florence. Girasole is situated in Bagno a Ripoli - an elegant region about 15 minutes' drive from the center of Florence. The estate is accessed through electronic gates. Three houses stand on the sizeable lawn. These three units can either be rented together or individually. Rented together they can accommodate a total up to 12 people.

The gardens are immense: neat lawns surround the various houses; the lawns gently merge into the olive groves. Specially furnished garden sitting areas for al fresco dining have been provided for each apartment. At the far end of the garden there is a lovely pool with a magnificent view through olive trees - across the valley to the silhouette of Florence, in the distance.

There is a pizzeria/restaurant in close proximity - just a walk down the hill. In the nearby village of Bagno a Ripoli (approx. 2 km) you will find more restaurants, bars, a bank, post, pharmacy, grocery shop and a bus stop, which is convenient if you want to reach Florence without car: you can park your car in Bagno a Ripoli and continue to Florence by bus.

Facilities: private outdoor area for each unit, satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine in each unit, shared garden, pool in the olive grove, parking and electronic entrance gate.

TOSCA 2+2:
Ground floor: private entrance (from the garden), 1 kitchen, 1 sitting room divided into sofa and dining room areas (sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower).
Basement: 1 bathroom (shower). This basement has only one small window in the bedroom.

MINA 2+2:
First floor: separate entrance via an outside staircase to the upper floor, 1 spacious sitting room divided into sofa (sofa bed) and dining areas, 1 kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), 1 bathroom (bathtub).

CASA VIOLETTA 4:
Ground floor: 1 spacious, conservatory-style kitchen-living room with sofa unit (mobile air-conditioning).
Basement: 1 double room with access to the garden, 1 room with twin beds and garden access (the beds are not of the same height/pull-out bed) - this twin bedroom has no door and opens directly onto the hall, 1 bathroom (shower).

Unit for 2+2 people: 910 Eur - 1270 Eur per week, depending on season.

Unit for 4 people: 1140 Eur - 1540 Eur per week, depending on season.
