This is the place for a quiet restful holiday in Italy, away from crowds. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists and people who enjoy visiting medieval churches and archaeological sites (without being accompanied by hundreds of other visitors). You can also just sit here and read and dream and absorb the surroundings.

The possibilities range from total relaxation to strenuous exercise!

The holiday house (more than 2100 sq.ft.) at Costa San Severo is a recently renovated farmhouse, made of natural stone, offering superior accommodation. It is across the courtyard (20 metres away) from the 15th century farmhouse where we - Mary and Uli - live. There are 5 acres of - newly planted - olive trees and woodland, freely accessible to our guests.

You can rent either the apartment (sleeps 2-3) or the entire house (sleeps 6 adults + children). Whichever you choose, you and your party will be our sole guests.

The Apartment (750 sq.ft.) is composed of a twin bedromm, bathroom (WC, bidet, washbasin and shower), kitchen (gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and downstairs a living/extra bedroom).

The entire house (more than 2000 sq.ft.) comprises the Apartment plus two more twin bedrooms, a second bathroom, a spacious living room and, via a mezznine, two more bedrooms for children or young people.

All guests have access to a library/music room (with books in various langages, a CD player and CD's. An outdoor covered sitting/dining area is adjacent.

At ground level, there is a garage for up to 2 cars.

The house is centrally heated (gas and pellet stove).
