Cucina Giuseppina
I will share my intimate knowledge about the regional cuisine of my area, I run a successful catering business near Certaldo, Between Florence and Siena, famous for traditional tuscan delicacies. My gastronomic experience developed in the family tradition, I learned to cook from my Sicilian mother and aunt, and refined my culinary skills expanding the repertoire, including an extensive array of regional cuisines.

Catered dinner
If you are sojourning in Tuscany anywhere from Florence to San Gimignano, to Montepulciano, let Giuseppina create an extraordinary five course meal in your home. If you are staying in an apartment or agriturismo with a kitchen available Giuseppina will be happy to conduct your private lesson, or prepare a complete catered dinner for almost any size of group. (min. 4 persons)
Cooking class
The class starts at 10:30 a.m. with a garden tour, choosing the ingredients the season offers to cook a three course lunch. The students will receive a Cucina Giuseppina apron and class certificate. Fun and great food is guaranteed.
Wine is included. (min. 2 persons)
Full day class
Meet at local cafe for a coffee and breakfast snack, visit fresh market, bakery, and butcher for meal ingredients. Return to the Cucina for a light lunch followed by a lesson and preparation of a first second course and dessert. Inclueds wine.

Dining in the vineyard
The vineyard visit includes, a start of harvesting grapes by hand, basket lunch in the vineyard in the tuscan farmers way, press of the grapes and taste of the grapes juice in our family winery.
The lunch includes:
Focaccia with ham & pecorino cheese
Tomato sauce and basil pasta
Eggplant parmesan
Sweet grape focaccia
Great wine

Olive's harvest
The visit starts with a taste of olive oil bruschetta tosted on the fire before harvesting the olives. The olives will be taken to the local olive mill where each member of the group will receive a bottle(375ml) of the oil we made.
