and with its spacious, elevated, south facing front patio, internal courtyard and paved back garden this apartment is flooded with the light and airiness one can only expect to find in the Med.

The living and dining room overflow onto the patio, creating a spacious inside/outside relaxing and dining area. Both the fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom look out onto the internal yard as does the double bedroom. The second bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with two single beds and two bunk beds are just off the back garden with its majestic pepper trees (schinus molle)brances lazily wafting in the breeze. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, two of them en suite and the third three steps down the hall.

Weekly maid service is included with bed linen and towel changes... we even supply beach towels to help guests travelling on airlines which restrict luggage weight and size. A baby cot and high chair are available and we try to source any other item our guests might require.

Guests are settled into the apartment on arrival with a left luggage facility provided should they arrive in the couple of hours needed to clean the apartment on turnover day. Once in they will find a generous welcome food pack, giving them time to settle down and relax before being taken on a tour of all the neighbourhood facilities and attractions within walking distance...and all marked on our own map of what's where...and there's plenty to mark!

We are within a five to ten minute walk to a multiitude of restaurants, bars, casinos, a sixteen cinema complex, shopping centre, five star hotels, gyms, a beautiful seafront promenade, banks, post office, a splash and fun waterpark, scubadiving schools, major bus depot and beaches. The sandy St George's Bay, a five minute walk down the road, is the only Blue Flag beach in Malta yet Ix-Xemxi is in a quiet residential area right on the doorstep of all these attractions.

The apartment boasts Internet Wifi, Airconditionedbedrooms, Cable TV, DVD player, CD player, Radio, Telephone (card paying), Microwave oven, Fridgefreezer, Dishwasher, all small appliances, Washing machine, Ironing board, Steam Iron, clothes horse, ceiling fans in all rooms and al fresco dining furniture seating eight persons. 

Our well loved orange buses can  leisurely transport you all over the island for a mere pittance. Car hire is not necessary but if you choose to rent a car street parking is free and easily available. Gozo, our sleepy sister island can be reached via a 20minute ferryride and, further afield, one can organise day trips to Sicily visiting Taormina, Palermo and Mount Etna volcano. 

We can also do pick up from and to the airport to Ix-Xemxi, a fifteen minute trip one way.

There are 10 easy steps to get to the front door of the apartment with handrails on both sides and no steps once inside. Regret pets are not allowed.

Rates for 2009 range from euro 580 to euro 660 per week  and euro 660 to euro 720 for 2010 according to the season. Kindly contact owner for availability and further details and with any questions you might have.
