Bardot rental apartment is in the heart of Cannes, just a 5 minute walk from the Palais des Festival et des Congres and the ‘Croisette’. It is also only a five minute walk to the train station for easy access to the whole of the French Riviera and the airport transport bus to Cannes stops practically outside the rental apartment. The cosmopolitan bars and brasseries of Rue d’Antibes and the Old Town are minutes away as well as a large supermarket.

 

With three large sofas, an original marble fireplace and two Juliette balconies, this living area is the perfect space in which to relax at the end of the day. To help kick back, there is a 42 inch TV with a French cable package (5 English channels) as well as a DVD player and Hi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available. Next door, the dining room has a glass topped wooden table with 6 high backed chairs, console units and again, large French windows leading out onto Juliette balconies. Both rooms take advantage of the high ceilings with modern chandeliers and have ample soft furnishings to complete the look.

 

The master bedroom benefits from lots of light from the Juliette balcony. It has a king size bed with two wooden bedside tables and tall reading lamps. There is a corner wardrobe and a shelving unit as well as a console unit with a TV. Decorative features include an original marble fireplace, a large rug and decorative bedhead and curtains.

 

The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, fitted sliding wardrobes a full length mirror along with a feature marble fireplace.

 

The bathroom is decorated in grey slate tiles and boasts a corner bath and large walk in shower. There are inset ceiling spotlights providing plenty of light. A modern vanity unit with a large mirror above along with a shelving unit and towel radiator complete the amenities. There is a separate WC.

 

The kitchen is equipped with long wooden units hosting a built in dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, stainless steel electric oven and microwave. There is also a 4 ring halogen hob and extractor fan. There is a large window to the far end of the kitchen where there is a stand alone American fridge-freezer and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
