This holiday rental is in a prime holiday spot: located in the heart of the St Jean village of Cap Ferrat it offers the ideal location to explore the small streets of this Mediterranean village. It is a stone throw away from the water's edge and its plush restaurants and one of the most famous private beaches of the French Riviera: Paloma beach. Grab your designer sunglasses and celebrity spot whilst pretending to read that new paperback...

 

Paloma apartment is located on the first floor of a well maintained building. There is a lift and a wide open staircase leading through an atrium before reaching the apartment.

 

In the living area there is a large sofa-bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player on a beautiful wooden console table next to a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room leads on to a second balcony with table and chairs for 4 people.

 

The bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables and a spacious built in wardrobe. There are shutters and curtains for night time. The bedroom leads out onto a terrace.

 

The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, washing machine, dish washer and a four ring hob and oven. All amenities are provided.

 

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath tub, wash basin and bidet. The WC is located opposite the bathroom.
