A typical Ligurian stone house recently upgraded.There are three floors. The first floor is a studio apt which also has the terrace adjacent to it. The terrace is enclosed with an iron fence and a gate. To reach the upper two remaining floors u exit the gate and go up approximately 10 steps. The studio has a full kitchen in a large cabinet but I have locked it because all cooking is to be accomplished in the main house. The studio has a convertiable sofa bed that sleeps two. The bath has a shower but no bidet.
 
The main bath with a shower, washing machine and bidet is on the second floor, which is the first of two floors of the main house. There is also another convertible sofa  bed, the kitchen area and an eating area  (table for four) together with the tv. The third floor of the main house is the master bedroom.

 

Lavaggiorosso is the most beautiful village in the area surrounding Levanto which is

the gateway to the Cinque Terre. It also features a typical Ligurian resturant minutes away from the property. Lavaggiorosso itself is minutes away from Levanto and the seashore.

The seperate studio and bath provides privacy for groups of two couples.
