We are engaged with many events where you can experience the excellent truffles, olive oil and many wines of Le Marche together with visiting local artisans. This natural process can happen if you born in these magical hills…than you can truly understand the qualities and potentially of the Le Marche and its products. It is our aim to transmit this message of splendid countryside, friendly people and quality products to potential tourists.

Our small and young company looks to promote this fantastic region. We have a passion for countryside and we feel that a visit here will leave you with many happy memories.

If you come here, we can offer you a wide set of activities that make possible to dip you into nature. Here you can taste the most esteemed wines meanwhile you are looking the most beautiful landscape of Le Marche, we are talking about the landscape of Sibillini Mountains where you really can feel the “sound of nature”. Otherwise if you like hunt you could hunt the valuable truffle and than cook them with the cooperate of a famous chef. In succession you could find a description of our activities.

The first activity is TRUFFLE HUNTING. The hunt of the truffles is available from September or October. Here you can learn all about the White and Black truffles from Le Marche. The Truffles excursion includes being taken out in the morning by an experienced truffle hunter with the special cooperation of truffle’s dogs looking for fresh truffles; after you will go to the Ramuse Agriturism, the Paolo Ciccioli is waiting for you to allow you to cook with an Italian Chef: Riccardo Parisse. The shef will show you how to use the truffles and will teach you to cook the most delightful Italian dishes. Exactly Riccardo Pariss will keep a COOKERY COURSE (this is the other activity) where you will experience a fantastic and enjoying cooking class to discover the genuine, old flavors of the Marche region. Get to really know the old flavors and typical aromas of that area. It will be like turning back in time thanks to Nonna Rosa who will teach you how to cook the typical dishes of Marche like for example the famous “Vincisgrassi” that it is like the Italian “lasagna” (but is really really more delightful) or otherwise the Ascolana olive, in the meanwhile you will taste some of the better wines that this precious land can offer to you! What better way to spend an afternoon??

For people that prefer taste wine than cook there is a special program totally dedicated to the wine. You choose between WINE TOUR and WINE TASTING, or you will be able to make both.

The first one is very interesting because you will have the opportunity to walk into the vineyard and discover how the Italian Wine is made. With this activity you will have to the opportunity to stay relaxed while feel the particular perfumes of grapes and of the landscape around. Into the vineyards, you will personally see the love for the land and the passion for making fine wine.

Another activity that you could choose between ours propositions is that that foresee a calm excursion along the Sibillini mountains. This activity is called HIKING THE SIBILLINI MOUNTAINS and it provide for the accompaniment of a guide. All of our guides have regular licence of medium mountain’s courier issued by the National Park of Sibillini Mountains. The guides will show us around the Sibilla mountain that give its name to the range. This excursion is fairly easy. In spite of the many man‐made scars it is one of the most enchanting places, whit its fascinating history and legends. Queen, prophetess, sorceress or wicked enchantress ? these are some of the names given to the famous Sibilla of the Apennines. In times gone by, valiant knights and eminent scholars ventured here, and today Sibilla continues to work her spiel. After the excursion the Marche Holiday  association selected a little family‐run bakery in the area, where the boss Emanuele will give us a taste of the best typical goods of the territory like: ham, salami, spontaneous grasses, wine, bread and sweets. Everything rigorously BIOLOGICAL.

In the end we propose you an alternative guided tour through the more traditional workshops of the area. Thanks to the “LA VIA DELL’ARTIGIANO” you could visit, for example, the ancient pottery workshops, or the more traditional shoes workshops, where everything is handmade!!!
