VILLA LIGIA is a 70 square meters villa, can accommodate maximum 6 peoples (4+2 on sofa bed), has 1 bathroom, air conditioning, WI-FI connection, a splendid sea view and swimming pool.

 

P.S. Villa Ligia is located in a complex that consists 3 villas: villa Ligia, villa Leucosia and villa Partenope. The guests of the three villas have private open spaces, but even shared open spaces (for example the swimming pool, the outdoor shower, a little outdoor bathroom with shower near the swimming pool, frigo-bar, the barbecue area with tables and chairs and the pizza oven). Altogether, the three villas can accommodate a maximum of 17 people.

LOCATION

 

On the upper part of Positano, built on a cliff with a breathtaking view of Positano, Li Galli islands, the Faraglioni rocks of Capri and Punta Campanella, villa Ligia is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature and in the same time the social life of Positano.
You can reach the villa via a small pedestrian street (about 30 steps) that starts from the little square where you can even park the car. On the same little square, there is a bus stop from where you can take the bus to Positano center and to the other localities from the Coast.
At 100 meters from the villa, you will find a small local restaurant and a small grocery store. If you like, simply phone, you can order everything that you need at the supermarket from Positano center and everything will be delivered to you to the villa (at no extra cost).
Please keep in mind that at a few steps from the villa starts the famous walk known as "Pathway of the gods" (it is advisable to go on this walk with the local guides and of course do not forget the camera).

 

TIPOLOGY

 

Upon entering, you will find the huge terrace/solarium with view on the Amalfi Coast, the islands and Positano. 
On your left, you will find the swimming pool (28 square meters) equipped with sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a little outdoor bathroom, the outdoor shower and the frigo-bar. Down some steps, you will find another little terrace (equipped with table made in majolica and hand painted, chairs, sun beds and beach umbrella) that is in the front of the villa entrance. 
Once inside, you will find a bright living room with armchairs and one double sofa bed, TV SAT, kitchenette; on the left one double bedroom (with access to the terrace), one double bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with shower (the bathroom is made with hand-painted majolica tiles).

 

P.S. Down about 100 steps, you will reach the barbecue area and the pizza oven (all covered by a pergola and equipped with table and chairs).
