In the property there is the housekeepers apartment with its own independent entrance, separated from the apartments. They are an useful and very discreet presence for any need.
LOCATION:
Country-side - 5 km from the medieval hamlet of San Casciano dei Bagni, in the south part of the province of Siena. San Casciano is a well known spa resort about half way between Roma and Florence, To arrive, you ahve to take otorway A1. Exits: Chiusi/Chianciano if coming from Florence and Fabro if coming from Rome. Distance from motorway: 30 km.
San Casciano dei Bagni area offers very good restaurants, shops, two banks, post office and pharmacy.
Also there is very a well known spa.
THE PROPERTY
VILLA for 8 people, on two floors:
GROUND FLOOR: large and well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, outside dining under the pergola.
1ST FLOOR: 2 double and 2 twins bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite).
All bedrooms have screens at the windows.
Provided: washing machine and dish washer. Baby crib and high chair available upon request.
GUESTS HOUSE FOR 4 PEOPLE
is all at GROUND FLOOR.
1 double and 1 twins bed-room, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette. All bedrooms have screens at the windows.
Little stairs lead to un upper family sitting room with tv.
Baby crib and high chair available upon request.
GARDEN: pleasant and fresh, with a beautiful views. Pergola for dining "al fresco".
SWIMMING POOL 12 m x 6 m with view (fenced, in exclusive use for the guests of San Giacomo, open from May 20 to September 15)
MAID SERVICE 2 days per week to set up bedrooms and bathrooms. For 2 or more weeks stay, house cleaning and linen change on Saturday.
LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED WEEKLY (unless arranged differently)

SAN GIACOMO has an ideal position to visit the south part of Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona,), with some of the main towns such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo and the Region Umbria (Città della Pieve, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi).
The main train station is in Chiusi (25 km), where it also possible to rent a car.
