At the border of Normandy and Les Pays de la Loire, a pretty, clean accommodation.

"We stayed at La Basse Cour in Ancinnes two nights (two nights is their minimum) in September and the house, rooms, and garden were as pretty as their website shows. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and shiningly clean. There is wi-fi too. The owners, an English couple, know their area well and provide full information about all kinds of off-the-beaten-path places in the area that most visitors otherwise wouldn't be aware of.

I don't remember a fireplace, and there's no sea view (nice pond though), and you'd have to ask the hosts about the full English breakfast. There are walks in the forest and the city of Alencon is nearby with some pretty good restaurants and a very interesting market. If you're willing to take short drives, you can find great scenery and interesting towns nearby."
