Provence Travel Notes and Things to Do

Provence, in southern France bordering on Italy, the Mediterranean and the Alps, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in France. It has mild weather, lots of sunshine, beach towns, mountain towns, olive trees, cherry trees, vineyards, great restaurants, art, historic sites, and more. The Cote d'Azur is the southern part of Provence, on the coast.
