Nice: La Pizza

Demi-lune fresh pizza scooped from the wood oven to your plate

Directions: On pedestrian and animated Rue de Masséna.

Visited La Pizza many times, and it's always the same: fast and friendly service rushes a generous half-moon slice of pizza straight from the oven. The pizza melts in your mouth.

Owner Francis Cresci launched the pizzeria in 1956, and has since opened Le Quebec right in front and another La Pizza in Cannes. The word has gone around for generations that it's a good place for a fresh, honest, tasty pizza. They also serve good pasta, and salads such as Salade Niçoise that are okay.
