We never intended to eat at Trattoria Roma. Our first choice, at 1 Boulevard St. Germain was operating under another, and unappealing, name. We walked up the street, considering a couple of possibilities, when we were drawn to a bright, modest and pleasant-looking Italian restaurant: Trattoria Roma. It was a very good choice. Our salads and pasta were both fresh, well-prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wine was excellent. We can recommend Trattoria Roma for its good food and wine and moderate prices. Price : The total for the two of us, including, salad, pasta and a bottle of Bardolino wine was 53€.
