For a change from French food, this Thai restaurant in Le Marais was recommended by the owner of nearby Comme a Lisbonne

When we stopped by our favorite Portuguese pastry & coffee place, Comme a Lisbonne, we asked Victor for a recommendation for Thai food. My husband had a cold and he wanted spicy food!

Au Petit Thai, on the same street as Victor's shop, didn't disappoint. We had poulet au curry vert (green curry chicken) and it was excellent! Huge portions and we had a side of white rice, perfectly sticky. On another visit, my husband had the midi menu of ginger beef and with a shrimp soup as the starter.

Each time, we went for lunch, so I don't know how packed it is with diners at night. We were there in October and had no problem getting good seating at lunch without a reservation.
