Wonderful little cafe for lunch or dinner on Ile Saint-Louis.

While staying on Île de la Cité, we were within view of the pedestrian bridge linking to Île Saint-Louis, which became our "neighborhood" for dining.

We had two of the fixed price 3-course meals at Cafe Med. I loved the delicious veggie soup of the day made from spring veggies that I had it at both meals. I tried their dessert crepes -- one with sugar and one with chocolate and was very pleased with the thin, tender crepes. The main courses were also good and made with fresh ingredients, with a nice selection from which to choose. The price was reasonable (under 20 Euros per person) and since we ate their twice, you know that we liked it!

The staff was very friendly and cheerful. It's a tiny little place with no outside seating on a street in the middle of the island.

We dined at several other restaurants/cafes on Île Saint-Louis and was pleased with each one and highly recommend them all.
