Four of us shared two dinner specials on out last evening in the Drome in June 2008. The quantity was impressive; the quality was also very good.

Directions: Look for the elephants on the roundabout. Les Elephants in in very close proximity.

Les Elephants has been basically a pizzeria, but the new (2008) owner has found a winning formula in offering fish and meat dinner specials.

The evening we were there (Friday June 27, 2008) the restaurant was full of locals, except for us - almost every table ordering one of the two specials. We had intended to order pizza, but were tempted by the owner/chef's description of the specials - so we ordered one of each - and spent the next couple of hours enjoying our feast.

L'addition, which included aperitifs, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine was 102.50 - very good value for the four of us. Go there when you are hungry.
