Location

Located in a great neighborhood near the Jardin Luxembourg. Very, very quiet, at the top of the building. Only windows face quiet courtyard side of building.

Nearby Amenities

You can walk in a few minutes to Jardin Luxembourg, or the nearest Metro stop.

The House/Apartment

In a large old building in great shape. There were dozens of other apts. There is a tiny elevator.

Garden

No garden.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apt. had been recently remodeled with modern type of furniture in good taste. It wasn't "fancy" but very cute, with a newer and tasteful kitchen. There was a few barstools, a small table and chairs and a couch that turns into a bed. There was also a stereo and phone.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bedroom was very nice, with a queen size type bed. The bathroom was large by Paris standards, all done in white. There is also a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is new, with frige, stove, dishwasher and plenty of pots and pans and a coffee maker. It was a great space for making meals.

Problems or Bonuses

No bad surprises, great location, very quiet ... all around a very nice place.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Drawbridge To Europe was wonderful to work with. They were much better than New York Habitat, which gets all the attention.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Yes, I would stay here again. The only complaint I might have is that there is no view, but the tradeoff is that it is very quiet and I didn't have to use my earplugs!

Things to do in this area

The apt. is close to tons of restaurants, cafes and sites.
