Location

Right in the middle of the Marais. A great little street with lots of food shops, close to the Metro, close to museums and within walking distance of all sorts of great stuff. Very quiet. Little traffic noise.

Nearby Amenities

Coffee, restaurants, food, bakeries, fish, meat, etc. all within a one or two blocks. Just want you want for a Paris foodie experience.

The House/Apartment

Quiet building. You have to be willing to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment but that didn't prove to be much of a problem. Living room has a couch and two easy chairs.

Cable TV and WiFi Internet.

Garden

None.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was clean and in quite good shape.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Good solid mattress in the bedroom.

Kitchen

Well appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, real oven, etc. You can cook real meals with the great fresh seafood, etc. bought on the street.

Problems or Bonuses

No suprises good or bad.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Great service, quite responsive, good English skills.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

YES! We have stayed in this apartment on three different vacations over several years. It remains our favorite.
