2bed/1bath apartment in 9th arrondissement, Paris

Location

This corner apartment is in the 9th arrondissement, third floor with elevator - same block as the Gustave Moreau museum.

Nearby Amenities

Rue des Martys is a couple of blocks away - a great shopping street for everything. Galleries Lafayette, Printemps, etc are within walking distance.

Close to a three of metro stations - St-George; Trinite; Notre Dame de Lorette.

There are a number of restaurant, cafes, bars, etc.

The House/Apartment

This is a well-kept, pretty secure apartment building. It is also pretty quiet.

Garden

No outside areas but lots of windows - great for people watching.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment is well-furnished, comfortable and clean.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head with half a glass partition. Lots of linens and towels provided. Plenty of storage space.

Kitchen

Great kitchen!! Cooked all our meals there.

There is a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the separate kitchen.

Problems or Bonuses

No surprises. Simply wonderful apartment.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Lauren, the property manager in Paris, is great to work with. I met the apartment owner in San Francisco and he showed me more pictures.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Yes, yes, yes.

Minimum rental is for one month which is not an issue with us - we are real slow travelers.

Things to do in this area

Paris - what else can I say?

No restaurant recommendations as we don't really eat out. We like shopping and cooking in the apartment and this one is ideal.
