Location

A sweet little Norman cottage - very private - at the top of a very attractive street in the centre of Honfleur. Other buildings close by but not overlooked. Good facilities and most comfortable. Honfleur is a great place to stay and the cottage very much helped to make our holiday memorable. Thoroughly to be recommended.

Everything within a few minutes walk.

The House/Apartment

Apparently once the studio of artist Boudin, Les 36 Marches is a very peaceful cottage at the centre of old Honfleur. Lower ground floor with living area, kitchenette, WC and shower room. Ground floor with pretty living room, hallway, small kitchen and WC. First floor with bedroom and small bathroom. Patio garden.

Stairs and steps maybe not suitable for very young/old or disabled.

Small raised patio garden - private.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Plenty of furniture, very clean and comfortable.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

All comfortable, clean and adequately appointed.

Kitchen

A little tiny - only room for one. However, everything there and we managed fine.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

On site Frenchman with no English but very helpful and jolly.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

To be highly recommended. We had a great time.

Things to do in this area

Honfleur very pretty with some life. Beautiful Normandy all around.
