My husband surprised me with weekend away in Paris recently and we stayed at 28 rue Bourg Tibourg - Paris 4th. The area we stayed in was pretty has lots of little winding streets coming off it and there's a super gallery, a delicious falafel place and a few chocolatiers too.

Nearby Amenities

The street it's perched on is beautiful. There are lovely boutiques and a cool tea shop for all you 'milk and two-sugar' lovers! Also down the road there are fabulous museums (not sure which ones as we went to Musee D'orsay - which is a little subway ride away - but amazing too).

The House/Apartment

The flat has a very comfortable and clean feel to it. The bed, bedding and linen were also fresh. There's a cute little kitchen - with everything you'd need, a great - and clean bath/shower - and it has got cool wooden beams across the ceiling. It's very quirky and has a kind of crooked and organic feel to it - which only adds to the magic of the stay!

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Very very clean and comfortable!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

One comfortable double bed and one bathroom - with a bath and good shower.

Kitchen

Kitchen was absolutely fine - except we dined out most days so didn't really use it! :)

Problems or Bonuses

Pack some CDs too as there's a CD player - oh and tourist maps and Lonely Planet guides too!

Overall, it was the perfect place for a perfect time in Paris. We'll be back - for sure!
