Location

The apartment is located at ground floor inside a court in a typical French ancient building. The owners live at the first floor in the same building.

Nearby Amenities

The building is located in the historic center, full of shops and restaurants in the same area, right next to the apartment.

The House/Apartment

It is an historic building located at the ground floor of an elegant private mansion of the XVII century, in excellent conditions. In the same building, of two floors, there are a few other apartments located in front of the apartment and used during the day as offices.

Garden

There is no garden but a pleasant and peaceful courtyard in bloom.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment is brand new. It is completly refurnished in vey high quality standard. When we arrived, it was perfectly clean, and there were chairs and confort for everyone. And more, there is a TV flat screen, DVD, Hi-fi, WiFi!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

All of it is new, charming and very confortable, very relaxing indeed. The bahroom is a very good size and completly new too.

Kitchen

Here again, all was perfect, of high quality standard, suitable for cooking full meals. And during our stay, we enjoyed our breakfast watching outside the courtyard.

Problems or Bonuses

Toys for our children and Flavigny's candies for everybody!

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owners are wonderful and very attentive! They speak very good English and the place perfectly reflected the information of the website.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Yes! It is pefectly located, there is a charming atmosphere, all is new and the owners are fabulous! And Dijon is a gorgeous!

Things to do in this area

Restaurant Vivaldi, and the flower shop in the little place nearby.
